• Device information: hardware model, operating system, unique device identifiers
• Usage data: features used, AI Agents downloaded or uploaded, search queries
• Cookie and tracking data (see our Cookie Policy)

1.3 Information from Third Parties. We may receive information about you from third-party services you use to log in or connect to the Platform (e.g., Google OAuth), subject to those services' privacy policies.

Article II — How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Platform and byFrosty marketplace
• Create and manage your account
• Process transactions and send related notices
• Respond to your comments, questions, and support requests
• Send you technical notices, updates, and administrative messages
• Monitor and analyze usage trends and Platform performance
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity

Article III — Sharing Your Information

3.1 We Do Not Sell Your Data. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

Article V — Children's Privacy

The Platform is not directed to children under the age of 15. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 15. If we learn we have collected personal information from a user under 15, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us at legal@byfrosty.com.

Article VI — Data Retention and Security

6.1 Retention. We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

6.2 Security. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
