AI Agents may be created by VoicePunch LLC or by independent third-party contributors. Each AI Agent operates differently and may produce varying, unpredictable, or unexpected results.

Article II — No Warranties

VOICEPUNCH LLC, OPERATING AS BYFROSTY, MAKES ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING ANY AI AGENT AVAILABLE ON THIS PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY — AI Agents are not warranted to be of merchantable quality or fit for general use
• WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE — no AI Agent is warranted to be suitable for your specific use case
• WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY — AI Agent outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, biased, or outdated
• WARRANTIES OF SAFETY — AI Agents may produce outputs that are harmful, offensive, or inappropriate in certain contexts
• WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT — the Company does not warrant that third-party AI Agents are free of intellectual property claims
• WARRANTIES OF SECURITY — AI Agents may interact with external systems or data; the Company does not warrant their security

ALL AI AGENTS ARE PROVIDED STRICTLY "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

Article III — Not Professional Advice

AI Agents available on this platform do not constitute and shall not be relied upon as:

• Legal advice — AI Agents are not lawyers and their outputs do not constitute legal counsel
• Medical or health advice — AI Agents are not licensed medical professionals and their outputs should not be used to make health or medical decisions
• Financial advice — AI Agents are not licensed financial advisors and their outputs do not constitute investment, tax, or financial guidance
• Psychological or therapeutic advice — AI Agents are not licensed therapists or counselors

Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on AI Agent outputs in any regulated domain.

Article IV — User Responsibility

By downloading or using any AI Agent from this platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of any AI Agent for your intended use
• You are solely responsible for any actions you take based on AI Agent outputs
• You will test any AI Agent in a safe environment before deploying it in production or critical systems
• You will not use AI Agents for any purpose that could cause harm to yourself or others
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of AI Agents

Article V — Third-Party AI Agents

AI Agents submitted by third-party contributors are the sole responsibility of those contributors. VoicePunch LLC does not review, audit, certify, or endorse third-party AI Agents. The Company expressly disclaims all liability for any harm, damage, loss, or expense arising from the use of any third-party AI Agent.

Article VI — Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VOICEPUNCH LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR DOWNLOAD OR USE OF ANY AI AGENT, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, SYSTEM FAILURE, PERSONAL INJURY, OR ANY OTHER LOSS, EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Article VII — Governing Law

This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable federal law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Los Angeles County, California, as set forth in the Terms of Service.
