Ultimate Chief of Staff
Turns your meeting notes into done work - it reads your new notes.
- Nothing falls through the cracks after a meeting, action items become real, assigned tasks
- Works with the tools you already use, not a forced new stack (Granola, Obsidian, Notion, Monday, HubSpot, Asana
- Simple by design, pick one of five proven recipes instead of wiring up dozens of integrations
I built this because every "do-everything" meeting assistant tries to connect to fifty tools and ends up working with none of them. This is the opposite: one simple agent that does the four things that actually matter after a meeting - capture the action items, file a recap, assign the tasks, and draft the follow-up email - using the stack you already have. You pick one of five hardwired "recipes" during a short setup (for example Granola → Obsidian → Monday.com → Gmail, the exact setup I run myself), and the agent does the rest. It runs on demand or on whatever schedule you set. It's draft-first, so nothing gets sent or assigned without your okay, and it never processes the same meeting twice.

Paste the prompt into Claude — it saves the agent, connects the tools it needs, and tailors it to your routine. Nothing runs on our servers.
Tool-agnostic: during setup you pick one of five recipes and connect only that recipe's tools. Most run through Composio; Granola and Obsidian connect directly.
